Please read the return policy before you make a purchase.

All products are fully checked and packed with additional packaging material before shipping.


No returns will be accepted without prior email from us to ship the product back to us.

1. No returns or refunds on purchases unless due to the following:

  • Shipping Damage
  • Manufacturing Defect found before usage


For products that are returned for any manufacturing defects, the customer will be required to send the defective product or parts for free replacement .

The decision about any manufacturer’s defect whether or not will be finalized by the technical team.
All decisions are final .

To benefit our customers, we will not charge any additional fee or shipping charge for the replacement product due to the above stated reasons.


Note: Contact us within 14 days after receiving the shipment to report any problems or defect in the product/service you purchased from us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.



2. We cannot accept returns due to the following:

  • Damage after usage or
  • Damage due to incorrect usage


3. Shipping Charges:

  • For any refunds , shipping charges to the buyer are not refundable. The returned product will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges for product return from the customer to us due to incorrect purchase which also includes parts for any reason will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
